How do I request flight support?
Share your operator, aircraft type, flight date, route and the assistance required. For time-sensitive requests, call the operations contact to confirm receipt and availability.
Does AimEx directly operate all airport services?
AimEx provides local representation, coordination and supervision. Airport handling, fuel, facilities and other services may be provided by the appointed airport operator or supplier; the agreed scope will identify responsibilities.
Can permits or slots be guaranteed?
Permits, slots and parking allocations remain subject to the relevant authority and airport approvals. We coordinate applications and follow up on the requirements.
What information is needed for a freight quotation?
Provide origin, destination, commodity, pieces, gross weight, dimensions and preferred shipment date. Mention temperature-control needs or other special handling requirements for review.
Can you arrange support at other Maldives airports?
Contact our team with your airport, aircraft and service requirements. Support is reviewed against local facilities, approvals and provider availability before confirmation.
